Make your issue

  1. File > New > Newsletters and pick Classic Newsletter. Choose a color scheme and font scheme before you start, or change them later on the Design tab.
  2. Type over the masthead and stories. To change a picture, right-click it and choose Change Picture.
  3. Long story? Link text boxes so it carries on in another column or on the next page.
  4. Print, or save a PDF to email to your members.

Newsletter templates

Newsletters you made in Publisher

Open last month's .pub newsletter, swap in the new stories and print. Your original file is never changed. See open a .pub file. PubStudio also runs in your browser on a Mac or a Chromebook.
