Menu template

Restaurant, café and daily specials menus you can change any time~/menu-template

Type in your dishes and prices, then print. PubStudio's menus have sections for starters, mains and desserts, with prices lined up on the right, so changing a price takes a few seconds.

Make your menu

  1. File > New > Menus and pick Restaurant Menu.
  2. Type over each dish, description and price. Each section is a table, so right-click it to add or remove a dish and the prices stay in line.
  3. Change the section names to fit your kitchen, like Breakfast, Sandwiches or Kids.
  4. Pick a color and font scheme on the Design tab, then print, or save a PDF to send to a print shop or put on your website.

Menu templates

  • Restaurant Menu: a full Letter page with five sections in two columns. In the free version.
  • Daily Specials Menu: a half-letter card for the day's specials.
  • Café Menu: drinks, pastries and light meals.
  • Thanksgiving Dinner Menu: in the Holidays category, for a holiday meal or church dinner.

Menus you made in Publisher

Open your .pub menu, change the prices and print the new one. Your original file is never changed. See open a .pub file. PubStudio also runs in your browser on a Mac or a Chromebook.
